Regional center are located thoughout the state.

By accessing a trained communications agent at Relay South Carolina, hearing users can communicate with hearing-impaired and speech-disabled persons who use a text telephone (TTY), a combination telephone/typewriter. Services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

SCSIS is the central intake point for all head and spinal cord injuries in the state. Information, aid, devices, Alzheimer's Resource Center, BabyNet Central Director, equipment exchange, training, ABC Voucher program assistance for parents and professionals.
