Palmetto Rx Solutions is open Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. We offer specialized color-coded medication packaging (Medicine-On-Time™ and bingo cards) and color-coded MARS, as well as traditional vials. Palmetto Rx Solutions delivers medications daily Monday through Friday at no charge to the patient. We have a pharmacist on-call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for emergency prescriptions or for questions concerning medication administration, identification or side effects.
SCDDSN is the state agency that plans, develops, oversees and funds services for South Carolinians with severe, lifelong
disabilities of intellectual disability, autism, traumatic brain injury and spinal cord injury and conditions related to
each of these four disabilities. Our mission is to assist people with disabilities and their families in meeting needs,
pursuing possibilities and achieving life goals, and to minimize the occurrence and reduce the severity of disabilities
through prevention.
Therap Services is a web-based integrated electronic medical record solution for documentation, reporting, billing and communication
needs of agencies providing support to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. It offers an easy and efficient
alternative to the immense amount of paper work that is done manually by the care providers. As the Best Practice System in the Country,
we currently support approximately 800 provider organizations across 47 States and are the Statewide mandated system for the Disability
